How do I create a Yuzuki AI account?
Click the "Try Now" button at the top of any page and sign up with phone, email, Google, Apple ID or Discord. New users instantly receive a 7-day premium trial.
Which login methods are supported?
We support phone OTP, email + password, WeChat QR, Google OAuth, Apple ID and Discord. All methods can be linked or unlinked under Account Settings.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
Click "Forgot password" on the login page, enter your email or phone, then verify with the 6-digit code we send to reset your password.
02Character Cards
What exactly is a character card?
A character card is a structured profile that defines a character's persona, appearance, personality, signature lines, backstory and relationships. The AI uses it to stay perfectly in character throughout your conversations.
How do I save a character to favourites?
Tap the heart icon on any character page or in the chat header. Your favourites are listed under Profile → Favourites for quick access.
Can I tweak an official character card?
Official cards cannot be edited directly, but you may "fork" a personal copy to adjust the persona, opening line and quirks while the original remains with its author.

Will the character actually remember what I say?
Yes. Yuzuki AI ships a long-term memory engine that automatically extracts key events, emotions, promises and relationship changes, persists them across sessions and recalls them by relevance, giving every conversation a real story timeline.
How do I delete a memory I no longer want?
Open the Memory panel on the right side of the chat window, find the entry and tap delete. You may also wipe all memories at once to restart the storyline anytime.
Are conversations limited in length?
Free users can send 200 messages per session. Premium members enjoy unlimited length, longer context windows and a higher multi-model collaboration quota.

What do I get with a Premium membership?
Unlimited messages, extended memory, multi-model orchestration (GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.), priority queue, exclusive premium character cards and expanded creator studio quotas.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Subscription Management and switch off auto-renew. Existing premium days remain active until the end of the period and your data is preserved.
Which payment methods are supported?
We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe credit cards, WeChat Pay, Alipay and UnionPay. Every channel is PCI-DSS certified.

Who can publish a character card?
Any verified user can publish through the visual no-code editor. Persona, art, opening line and worldbuilding are all configured in a single workflow.
Who owns a published character card?
Copyright stays with the original creator. Yuzuki AI only receives a non-exclusive licence to display, recommend and distribute. Full terms in the Copyright Notice.
Is there a creator revenue share?
Yes — the Creator Incentive Programme tiers payouts based on conversation volume, favourites and member conversions, settled monthly with realtime dashboards.
06Privacy & Safety
Can anyone read my conversations?
All conversations are end-to-end encrypted and the keys are bound to your account. Staff cannot read the plaintext unless you choose to share it.
Can minors use Yuzuki AI?
The platform targets users aged 16 and above. Users between 13 and 15 must enable "Teen Mode" with guardian consent, which automatically filters inappropriate content.
How do I report a violating character or chat?
Use the "Report" entry at the top right of any character page or chat. Our 24/7 trust & safety team reviews submissions within an hour.
