Terms of Service

1Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you ("User") and Shanghai Yuzuki Network Technology Co., Ltd. ("Yuzuki AI", "we"). Registering an account, logging in or using any feature constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of these Terms.

2Account registration

• You must be at least 16 years old and have full civil capacity.
• Registration data must be true, accurate and kept up to date.
• Accounts are personal; sharing, lending or selling them is prohibited.
• If your account is compromised, contact Support immediately.

3Usage rules

3.1 You must not use the service to

• Violate any applicable law or the legitimate rights of others.
• Publish or distribute pornographic, violent, extreme, discriminatory, false or infringing content.
• Harm minors or induce them to engage in dangerous behaviour.
• Use scripts, crawlers or automation to bypass rate limits.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to access source code or undocumented APIs.
• Impersonate official staff, others or misuse brand assets.

3.2 Content moderation

We use ML and human review. Violations are met with warnings, throttling, suspension or permanent termination based on severity.

4Payments & subscriptions

• Memberships auto-renew per the chosen cycle and can be cancelled in Settings → Subscription Management.
• Virtual goods (card passes, memory packs) are non-refundable unless required by law.
• Promotional pricing is valid only during the stated window.
• Refund requests must be filed within 7 days through Support.

5Intellectual property

The Yuzuki AI website, apps, logo, design system, source code and official original character cards (marked "OFFICIAL") are owned by us and protected by Chinese and international IP law.

Original character cards, art, text and worldbuilding uploaded by users in the Creator Studio remain owned by their authors. Authors grant Yuzuki AI a non-exclusive, sublicensable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, recommend, distribute and promote the work. See the Copyright Notice for full details.

6Disclaimer

• AI-generated content is produced by probabilistic models and may contain factual errors. It does not constitute medical, legal, investment or other professional advice.
• Third-party links and ads are provided by their respective owners; we are not responsible for their accuracy.
• Service interruptions caused by force majeure (natural disasters, war, government actions, etc.) do not constitute breach of contract.

7Service changes & termination

• We may add, modify or discontinue features with 30 days' advance notice.
• We may immediately terminate the service for users in serious breach of these Terms.
• You may end this agreement at any time by deleting your account in Settings.

8Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mainland China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan). Disputes shall first be settled by friendly negotiation; failing that, they shall be submitted to the Shanghai Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its then-effective rules. The arbitral award is final and binding on both parties.

9Updates

Material changes to these Terms will be communicated through in-app notification and email at least 30 days in advance. Continuing to use the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
