This Policy applies to all services delivered by Yuzuki AI ("we", "us") through yuzukiai.com, our PWA and our iOS / Android applications. Please read it carefully before using our services; continued use is taken as acceptance.
1What we collect
1.1 Information you provide
- Account info: phone number, email, nickname, avatar, birthday, gender (optional).
- Authentication: OpenID / UID returned by third-party login providers.
- Payment info: passed only through certified gateways (Stripe / Apple Pay / Google Pay / WeChat / Alipay); we never store full card numbers.
- Conversation content: messages, memory entries and custom character cards.
1.2 Information collected automatically
- Device info: model, OS, app version, IP address, network type.
- Usage logs: login time, pages visited, click events (anonymised, used for product analytics).
- Performance info: error stack traces, latency, request success rates.
2How we use information
- Service delivery: authentication, generation, recall, recommendation.
- Account safety: anomaly detection, fraud prevention, abuse mitigation.
- Notifications: account, security and service-change announcements (never used for ad targeting).
- Compliance: meeting applicable laws and lawful requests.
We will not use the plaintext of your conversations for advertising, model training or third-party sharing unless you explicitly opt in to "Contribute training data".
3Data security
- TLS 1.3 in transit; AES-256-GCM at rest.
- End-to-end encryption for conversations; the key is bound to your account.
- Two-factor authentication via TOTP or WebAuthn.
- All databases and object stores use encryption-at-rest, automated backup and cross-region disaster recovery.
4Third parties
We rely on the following audited processors to deliver a complete experience:
- Cloud: AWS / Aliyun / Cloudflare (hosting & CDN).
- LLMs: OpenAI / Anthropic / Google AI (only minimal anonymised context is forwarded).
- Payments: Stripe / Apple Pay / Google Pay / Alipay / WeChat Pay.
- Monitoring: Sentry.
5Cross-border transfers
Yuzuki AI operates data centres in Mainland China, Singapore, the EU and the United States. Mainland China users are stored in-country; international users use the closest region. Cross-border transfers, when required, follow GDPR Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.
6Your rights
- Access: review all data we hold about you at any time.
- Rectify: update profile fields in settings.
- Export: one-click download of cards, chats and memories as JSON.
- Delete: account deletion permanently erases all identifiable data within 30 days.
- Object: refuse certain analytical uses of your data.
7Minors
Yuzuki AI is intended for users aged 16 and above. Users aged 13–15 must enable "Teen Mode" with verifiable guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13; any such data is deleted immediately upon discovery.
8Updates
Material changes to this Policy will be communicated 30 days in advance through in-app notification, email or banner. Continuing to use our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
